Habit and goal trackers
A tracker is a grid you mark each time something happens. Choose the one whose shape matches what you are counting, replace the sample rows with your own, and print it.
Monthly habit tracker
Your own habits as rows and a column per date, 28 to 31 days, on one landscape page.
Weekly habit tracker
Seven big squares per habit, Monday or Sunday start, with an optional weekly target column.
30-day challenge chart
One numbered space per day for a single challenge: 14, 21 or 30 days.
Water intake tracker
Days down the side and a circle per glass or bottle, 4 to 12 a day, for one week.
Workout log
Your exercises as rows and 4 to 8 session columns with room to write the numbers.
Savings goal tracker
20, 30 or 40 numbered boxes to colour in, each worth an amount you choose.
Which tracker fits what you are counting?
Start with how often the thing happens. Several habits that repeat on most days belong on the monthly habit tracker, where each date is a narrow column and a whole month sits on one landscape page. If you are starting with two or three habits, or want room to see a weekly target next to each one, the weekly habit tracker has bigger squares and a column for the target.
A single commitment with an end date suits the 30-day challenge chart: one numbered space per day and nothing else on the page. The water intake tracker turns the grid the other way round, with the days down the side and one circle per glass or bottle, because there the count within a day is what matters.
Two trackers are for progress that does not happen daily. The workout log has one row per exercise and a wide box per session for writing sets, distances or times. The savings goal tracker is a page of numbered boxes, each standing for an amount you choose, coloured in as the money is put aside. None of these pages suggests targets; they record the ones you set.
