Weekly habit tracker with a target column
One week on a landscape page: a row per habit, a large square for each day and, if you want it, a column showing how many times you are aiming for.
This week's habits

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stretch for 10 minutes | 7x | |||||||

| In bed by 23:00 | 6x |
The preview is scaled to fit your screen and prints at full size on one page. In the print dialog choose your printer or Save as PDF, and set scale to 100%. Nothing you type leaves this browser.
Tips for using this page
- Not every habit needs to happen seven times. The target column is there so that a row with four ticks out of four reads as complete, not as three days missed.
- Type the targets in the same order as the habits, one per line. Anything short works: 5x, 3 runs, daily. A habit with no target line simply gets an empty cell.
- Pick Monday to Friday for habits tied to work or study days. The five squares are wider, and the weekend stops looking like two failures.
- The line under the grid is left blank on purpose. One sentence about what got in the way, written at the end of the week, is often more useful for planning the next sheet than the ticks themselves.
- Print a new sheet each week and change the list as you go. Because your settings are remembered on this device, next week's page is one click unless you want to swap a habit.
Questions
Can I rename the target column?
Yes. Change the heading to Goal, Minimum, Minutes or any word of up to ten characters, or switch the column off for a plain grid.
Can the week start on Sunday?
Yes. Choose Sunday to Saturday under Days across the top and the columns are reordered in the preview straight away.
What is the difference from the monthly tracker?
The weekly page has seven large squares per habit and room for a target. The monthly page shows up to 31 small squares per habit so that patterns across weeks are visible.
How many habits can I list?
Up to eight, each up to 30 characters long. With eight rows the squares are still large enough for a tick or a short number.
