Water intake tracker
A week of drinks on one page: each day is a row and each glass, cup or bottle is a circle to fill in. You set how many circles a day has.

Tips for using this page
- Decide what one circle stands for before you start and type it in, for example the glass you normally use or the bottle you carry. The page prints that on the line at the top so the count means the same thing all week.
- The number of circles is yours to set. The sheet does not recommend an amount; if you have been given a figure by a doctor or dietitian, use that, and otherwise choose a count that describes a normal day for you.
- If you refill one large bottle, set fewer circles and let each one be a full bottle. Four big circles are easier to keep up with than twelve small ones.
- Fill the circles from left to right as the day goes on. Because the columns are numbered, the last filled circle is the day's count without adding anything up.
- To begin the week on Sunday, move Sunday to the top of the list of days. You can also delete days, for example to track office days only, and the remaining rows get taller.
- Keep the page where the drinking happens, by the kettle or on the desk, with a pen next to it.
Questions
How many glasses of water should I mark?
The page cannot answer that. It records what you drink against a number you choose; how much a person needs varies, and a health professional is the right source for a personal figure.
Can I track coffee or tea instead?
Yes. Change the title and the description of the circle. The grid is the same whatever you are counting.
Can I change the day names to another language?
Yes. The days are a list you can retype, one per line, with up to 12 characters each.
Is there a monthly version?
Not as a separate page. Use the monthly habit tracker with one row per glass you are aiming for, or print four weekly sheets.
